ANSIPRA Bulletin No. 11 is only issued in Russian language. ANSIPRA has a reduced editing capacity due to a leave of one of our secretariat members. English versions of the articles contained in the present issue will be posted on the Internet continually when ready. An English language volume No.11/12 is planned to be issued by the end of 2004, which also will contain the relevant articles of the Russian language edition of Bulletin No. 11.
