The Magadan Branch of RAIPON is asking for humanitarian aid for the growing number of indigenous children at the secondary schools of Magadan. Parents have not received any allowance for children since 1997*. About 100 children are lacking medicines, clothes and shoes. We would appreciate any suggest-ions and help from other organisations.
* All Russian parents are entitled by law to receive a children's allowance
